The best places in Shimla



Shimla originally called it Simla, it is the capital of the himanchal pardesh. The city is famous for its buildings styled in tudorbethan and neo-gothic architecture dating from the colonial era. Shimla is connected to the city of Kalka by one of the longest  railway routes still operating in India, the Kalka-Shimla Railway.

Shimla is the best place in the India for tourist, shimla is the hill station, so there are many tourist came here and enjoy the environment of nature. Shimla is the place where you can find the real nature. Visit Shimla anytime, its forever beautiful. But it surely that it is charm during the monsoons when the hills turn lush green. In winters it makes so soft snow covers the land and makes it shine pristine white. Ancient temples and old churches are worth visiting. Stop at one of the hills and find mist enveloping you and everything else  around.

Shimla has the only natural ice-skating rink in India. Ice-skating is arranged every year by the Ice-skating Club during the month of January. During this festival, so many members display their talent on ice and
participate in other competition.
